It depends on where your at in the park I heard.
Well all the lots are different. Some on the canal some on the ponds some homes are old and some newer. So it would depend on where the property is and I thought the water and sewer was included and trash but found it on my bill. The rent has gone up for some people by 3% and will the next two years. Mine went up nearly $70. Read the fine print. Know before you rent or buy.

Thank you for your responses. I have a little better idea now. But it is a bit confusing because I had another source tell me that water, sewer and trash are Not I included. But a friend of a friend lives there and clearly pays $550/ mo with all three included plus lawn maintenance.
Lawn maintenance, trash & water price varies. Use of the facilities. It is a very nice place to live.
