I have a 2007 Chevy Impala, and the remote to unlock the car is completely broken, is there a way i could get a new one programmed for the car? And if so, what would be an estimated price ?

You can buy one of those anywhere, even eBay, and instructions for programming it come with it. $7 on ebay.
