Haven't noticed but I'm sure every place has one bad employee
The convience of a drive thru gas station with a toddler and a dog is amazing. I have always been greeted kindly and respectfully. The staff even engages in a friendly short chat. They gift our dog a treat any time she is with me. There was a moment I had to wait longer than I wanted, yet they were busy inside and in the drive thru, helping a handicapped gentleman check his lotto tickets. Come to find out he drives through weekly for the ease and convience and I can only imagine the ease a drive through provides for him.
I go there daily and can say that it gets busy at times yes but normally the people who work there do their job. Problem is because how rude people can be that particular store has a high turn over rate of employees and managers.. I don't work there but I will still say they mostly do there job well!!!
