Since Covid, there have been many changes in the wait staff. They're friendly, but the service is not what it used to be, especially during busy times.

I am sorry to hear that. I personally have never witnessed or been treated this way while dining there. My visits to Pappas have always been enjoyable, delicious, and treated good. My waitresses are always super friendly.
