My wife and I were hoping to move into one of your apartments and wanted to know about parking. If we have three cars(Me, my wife, and daughter) and moved in a 2BR; could we have three reserved parking spots and/or purchase one?

If you are buying, you are deeded only one (1) spot. However, check with the current owner to see if they are "leasing" another spot. Some units only have one, which happens if/when an owner lets their lease lapse. Some actually have three. Every unit is different. If the unit has two spaces, that means one is deeded (no cost) and the second is leased. The annual fee (due on Jan 1) is $100 per leased space. So if the unit has three spots, you will be on the hook for $200 per year. The only way a space becomes available is when someone gives it up. Only seen this happen in foreclosure situations. If you are renting, ask the landlord how many spots they have leased from the HOA. They will likely make you pay that fee every year.

The answer is no. Hidden Oaks is not an apartment complex - it's a condominium community. As such, each unit is individually owned and deeded only one parking spot. At best, you may have two spots for your unit and will have to pay the association $75 annually for each extra parking spot. Unless the unit you are moving into already has three spots, you will have to apply for a third spot. However, parking is at a premium here, therefore do not expect to get one. There is a massive waiting list, and there is already an insufficient amount of visitor parking. Additional spots only open up if/when owners fail to renew or if they can convert the already limited number of guest parking spots. Many residents who do not have a third spot rent parking at a storage facility. If you park in guest as your "third spot," you will get towed.

I'm pretty sure you only get one spot per bedroom, but I would clarify that with the office at the front of the complex. There are, however, a decent amount of guest parking if you can only get two, but just be aware that if you park in a guest spot, but have a tag for a specific spot, they warn that they have towed before and the same goes in reverse
