Why does the Target in Winter Garden tell the employees there that Corporate is making them cut hours due to the store not making it's goal?

Like each company wants money and not caring about the small person. Not everyone has a masters degree and you get $13 an hour but at what cost. Just go to work and they will like that and not cut your hours.

Corporate lies. I heard it was #1 in groceries sales in the nation. Target just trying to keep more money for investors instead of the workers. Only a few people get 40 hours and those are team leads. Which when you ask them for help are rude and try to avoid helping people.
