We have been living here for less than 2 months and nearly 1 month ago we reported a water leak on 4 windows of the living room and we are still waiting for a solution, getting dirty water inside the apartment every time it rains.

We have lived here since 2019 and no complaints at all!. Even when at some point, problems with the valet trash started to happen, they were quick to handle the situation and fix it. Mainteinance is always attentive, and in 24 hours or less, they help you with whatever you need. Apartments are big! Everyone is friendly, including the girls in the office and mainteinance staff. I don't remember the name of the last person who helped us change some lights in the apartment but thank you so much because you went above and beyond and ensured everything was fixed. Keep up the good work Sonoma Hills! You guys deserve more than 5 stars.

Walk-ins are welcome during our business hours. You can also schedule a tour by calling or texting our leasing team, or by clicking “Schedule A Tour” on our website. No matter how you choose to schedule a tour, you will have three easy touring options to choose from: (a) In-Person guided tour with a leasing consultant, (b) Self-Guided tour on your own, and (c) Live-Video tour via Zoom with a leasing consultant.

I don't think any are furnished, they do have 7 month leases and pet friendly but extra charges. They have a little fenced dog area by the pool and multiple baggie stations around so you clean up after your dog.
