No its on the right side as you pass the retirement community
Before Penny Farms on highway 16w
On 16 south of Green Cove Springs about 4 miles to the west i think
All the way down 218 you hit penny farms turn left and you run into it it is on your right
If you go down 16 and pass clay high its on the left
The fair grounds are located on Hwy 16W, right before Penny Farms.
