Lately WM has been skipping out off the trash pickup on Monday and getting on Tuesday. Also they need to start recycling back up. Replace recycling can with new ones because the old ones are all broken from them throwing them on the concrete.

No other business would be in business the way this place operates if it was not surviving via contract with no real consequence.
Just pick up the trash and put it in the truck and put the can back. It’s a real simple and repeatable process.
Anyone else coming home to trash thrown across their yard numerous times after trash pick up? It's really unprofessional. I have complained before without a response.

YES, they have literally destroyed our trashcan! So not any acceptable reason for this!
Is there anyone I can talk to beyond Advanced Disposal to get a different company? Or am I just screwed and have to call and pitch a fit every week because two grown men cannot lift a garage can over 50 pounds?

We live on a deadend rough dirt road but this is the 4th week in a row EVERYONE’S trash except the last 3 houses has been picked up on our regular service day. We’re the last house so we even leave our gate open so they have somewhere to turn round.

Have you contacted Advanced Disposal for an Operations manager? If no improvement after a week, email Clay County Commissioner.
Remember, these garbage pickup contracts are negotiated through CLAY COUNTY
The garbage truck did not pick up my trash this morning...so I called advanced disposal in jacksonville. ..they had a live person...she told me to call the clay county one....nothing but a damn recording. ..

Depends on where in clay county you live in. Yard waste is on a different day than trash so it should not be placed out with trash.
Is it normal for the outstanding employees of Advanced Disposal of Green Cove Springs Florida picking up garbage to leave the cans not completly empty, rolling around in the road and garbage scattered all over the ground ?

My usual recycling pick up is on Tuesday and nobody picked them up yesterday (Tuesday)
My garbage pickup is Wednesday (today) and the collection truck picked garbage and emptied my recycle bin into the garbage, why?

Because that's how they operate. That facility is complete trash. It's okay though, they're being bought out. Hopefully clean house when the new company comes in.
First getting a set up pick up and it's still outside...nobody has come. Why would they tell me on the phone they will pick up today?!!
