Yes they are supposed to be required to wear masks at all times but they tend to be hard to breathe in when worn constantly all day while working it gets even harder I have seen employees pull away masks for few seconds and replace but I can totally relate to why an would not tattle on someone for taking a breather but they are required to wear at all times
A facemask is made to cover that area.Do if you have to wear a facemask it should cover that area
