Faris got rid of a bunch of staff, and they were never good at calling anybody back before that. I've only been called back twice. With current staff having their hands full even being in the office it is obvious they need more bodies just to answer the phone.
I don't call them much so all I can say is just blow their phone up til they answer or keep leavin messages til it fills their voice mail up.
