I don't get why Walmart always moves their products and when they do why are empty boxes always laying on their shelves.

They do it to make you go looking for it so you will see something you might not have otherwise seen and then buy it. Uts a marketing procedure.

Our Walmart is always moving items around due to corporate rules. I have been through several of their stores in other states and store layout including products are never the same. Look at it a refresh of the same store.😉
