The minimum is 16 if I recall correctly but for any minor you'll need to get a parental consent form signed and notarized. If you call in they should have more specific answers on the kind of paperwork you need to file. Most UPS stores will notarize a document for you.
Greetings. Our piercer Ben, will only pierce lobes for a minor with a notarized parent consent form at age 6 at the earliest. Reason being is for communication with child during procedure since the lobes are not pierced with a “gun’ and is a sterile procedure. Also both legal guardian and minor needs to have a state issued Florida ID accompanied by notarized form.
