I have no idea why they don't secure the parking lot. Perhaps it's because they share it with the chapel next door where in the month of December, is very busy. Many nights of public Nativity presentations, local congregations having Christmas dinners, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints also hosts a foster care Christmas party in conjunction with OCS in that chapel next to the temple. All events should be over and cleaned up by at least 10pm.... maybe later if they had a lot to set up/tear down. If vehicles are congregating there after midnight, I would definitely call the police.
To what time at night are you referring, and on what nights?
Perhaps they are not aware. I have forwarded the information on to such persons who would like to know about the situation.
