Are parents allowed to leave 13-14 year olds there and come back to pick them up?

I believe they are but I wouldn't recommend it

Unless youre parking the car then No you should never leave youre kids anywhere

I would not recommend they be there alone. But it would be great for your kids if you spend time with them there. It is a great family friendly place.
