The worst Vehicle purchasing experience of my Life! We purchased an overpriced 2017 BMW 530i with 27,000 miles. One month into the purchase the Parking Break Light started popping on and off. We took the vehicle to our local BMW Dealership for service and they quoted us $3,000 for a computer module. We Contacted the Salesman and Manager who gave us similar responses basically saying they Can Not Help Us! There is "NO!" wonder or doubt in my mind of why the Car and Car Purchasing Industry is the the condition that it is in today. The poor reputation is well earned and deserved. During the process, they are in constant contact with you via phone, email and any other mode of communication they can come up with, promoting themselves and their product. But the second the deal is made they refuse to back their product and they wash their hands of you. I was told they don't have to help me because post purchase "Anything can happen" I Am Ashamed to have ever had any dealings with this Salesman and Company Audi of Sarasota. I can see why the Online Vehicle Purchasing Business is growing so strong. It seems to me that if you don't know these people personally, You are nothing but a $ to them. They have assured me that they the Car dealership business is based on Lies and their Bottom Line. The Customer Relationship means absolutely nothing to them. I wish I would have never stepped foot in Sarasota. Earlier I stated that I was ashamed. I should not be the only one feeling that way.

Incredible sales, finance, and management staff! We initially spoke to JB regarding purchasing a CPO SQ7. Our salesman, JB Roe was immediate to respond to any requests, concerns, and questions. Our sales manager Dain, and JB quickly worked out our deal with two trades sight unseen as we are from out of town all on a conference call. Dain set up our deal with Lauren in finance (top notch) & handled literally everything as priority #1. Start to finish our team of 3 had us in and out the door in our SQ7 in less than hour from the time we arrived. Even while accompanied by our eager to leave 5 year old, the staff provided fresh donuts, beverages, and entertainment. The entire staff truly created an unexpected experience & made this buying experience by far the best! I simply cannot express how professional and polite JB, Dain, & Lauren were to our family. Thank you to our team at Audi Sarasota, we are now lifelong customers!
