That's correct. The World Golf Hall of Fame serves the entire world community on an entirely different level. Spend some time there and you'll gain far better insights into it's mission.
World Golf Village has 2 courses; the Slammer and Squire and the King and Bear. The Hall of Fame doesn't have a course.
