Not sure on exact prices but I'm pretty sure they had 3 size options and a middle size bucket was like $5. The last 3 times we've played there the range wasn't in the best of shape. Works for a pre-round warmup but not much else. Hope this helps.

When we played, it was included. Look for coupons too, we golfed one day for like $12 for 2 people, cart, and 18 holes. Long, narrow, but nice course

There is a beverage cart. I live on the course and see it. I do know that they've been looking for help so maybe they don't have someone for everyday. Or maybe they just look lost they're beverage cart person.

Yes you can try the wings they are sooo good

I would not walk it. The distance between most of the holes are very far. If going for the first time get a cart and then you can decide. Its a wonderful course. I have seen a lot of single players.
