We stopped here and they were short staffed the one girl was taking orders and fulfilling orders she was extremely busy and even though she was the only person working the counter she was fast with getting our food

The third time in the last couple of months I've gotten food at this store drove all the way home the first time open boxes up and wasn't my order so I called the store and they gave store credit few weeks later went to get it nobody knew anything about it so I paid and went around to parking lot to check my take out once again the order was not what I wanted instead making a scene I just threw it away so today after months of not back going back to that store I did got my order went around to parking lot open it up and once again had three legs missing had to get back in with 5 cars in front of me plus raining so hard when you rolled down window down you got drenched anyway got to takeout window nobody really would come to window I said I didn't get my whole order finally some kid comes to window with my legs in a box just glare at me and shoved it at me and turn and walked away long story short I know business are short staffed but this KFC It's just poor management.

I worked in the same shopping center and tried to go on break. After waiting in line for fifteen minutes, I was informed they were out of tenders. I decided to give them another try a different day and sat at the box for ten minutes without a greeting. When I called out, the man asked me to wait. I waited another ten minutes and there was no response. I will not be going back.
