It requires you to travel to and from a dialysis center three times a week on a fixed schedule, there are diet restrictions you have to follow, and two needles will need to be inserted by staff for every treatment. If you are looking for more flexibility in your schedule, we also offer in-home hemodialysis.
Depending the severity of your condition, working your schedule around your dialysis appointments, doing 3 treatments every week and varied time duration arranged by you nephrologist. Personally I would see if home dialysis is an option for you.
