turning down people with appointments because they don’t have mask. How this is Quest Diagnostics with no mask? Make it make sense. When we come back with at mask we have to reschedule . Do better, we have 9-5 just like you . Why make it harder for all of us

Made an apt. for blood work via their automated phone service. Arrived at the location and inputted my phone number into their kiosk/tablets. Was never called.

We had app at 8:30 and they did not receive Dr’s fax. I called Dr office and they resent it and had sending confirmation. They still didn’t receive it. I ask them to call Dr office for me. The rude lady said “excuse me? We are not allowed to do it”. I said we were at other Quest before and they called Dr office for us. She said other Quest employee was risking his job to do that. I went home and checked the FAQ page on QD. It said if we don’t receive Dr’s order we will call Dr’s office for you. We are now at other Quest location hoping to get served as a standby

I showed up early to mind you
They open at 6:30 am. Get There by 6:15 to wait in line and you should be out by about 7:15. I don't know about any other time of day but imagine it is much longer.
They asked me for a cc too until they pulled my insurance up they saw I have no deductable and full coverage they apologized and gave me my cc back.. hope they got it straightened out for you ..

No I don't believe they are open on the weekends. They're hours during the week are something like 6:00 AM until 3:00 pm. AND this coming Monday May 27, 2019 will be a holiday Memorial Day so they will be closed. Better go during this week!

Yep, because they have very few slots that can actually be scheduled, and it is impossible to even call to speak to a live person.
