You can request services for those with disabilities when you buy the tickets. They have wheelchairs read and someone will escort the passenger throughout the airport and the TSA to the gate. Someone will pick him up at the plane..take them to gather their luggage and take him out to the car.
A wheelchair will meet him on the jetway right outside the door of the plane. He will be wheeled out of the security area to the concourse. You can meet him right there. Airport employees will take him to the baggage claim area and after you retrieve his bag, you can pick him up with your car.
No, however the will Escort all the way to the baggage claim.
No, there were plenty of very friendly airport team members on hand to help anyone who needed a wheelchair to get them over to baggage claim.
He can also gate check the wheelchair and request it be returned to him at the jetway and not the baggage claim area.
No...he will be assisted by airport personnel to the main lobby where you can meet him. Bring a wheelchair with you.
