Do they take reservations? I’ve been calling all day … no answer, no return call.

Unfortunately on the first floor, which is pretty casual and fun, no reservations are taken. On the top floor the Captain's Table is a slightly more up-scale and quieter place and takes reservations. Parking can be challenging, so plan accordingly.
