Yes as it's a bar with food. The outside by the tables is great too. Doggies are welcomed too ☺

The kitchen is currently open from 11 to 3 7 days a week and seafood chowder is available every day.... it's not a restaurant the inside is very small we have much more seating outside and you can sit at the picnic tables and be completely away from the smoke

They consider whether people smoke inside or not on how much revenue (from food & drinks), the establishment brings in. Since they make most of their revenue from alcohol, not food they CAN smoke inside. The place is very small but there are fans outside as well, just choose your seating accordingly.

If smoking at outdoor tables bothers you, make sure you sit near the Tamiami Trail that goes right by. The carbon monoxide from the exhaust will counteract that pesky occasional whiff of tobacco plant.
