My refund was submitted via efile on 2/7/2018. I still do not have my refund. While my father in law who filed 2/5/2018 received his on 2/22/2018. Where's my refund states still processing topic 152. Should I be concerned?

I called the irs this morning and was informed that quite a lot of refunds with earned income credit and additional child tax credit were put on hold till today, due to being filed before Feb. 15th. Random picks of course. I was told to expect it 2 to 3 weeks from today.
