What are requirements for selling to people of less than 55 years

This is not a rental community even though there are renters. One person should be 55 or older whether buying or renting.

There is no Law in FL that they have to sell or rent to people under 55. This is in both the purchase of a tower condo and in rental of otow condo.this is a renter and owner community. The office has both rentals and purchase. So as an owner of a otow condo you can rent it out to people 55 plus only Also families with children under 18 cannot buy a condo. No one under 18 can live here even with grand parents. All visitors of people who live here have to be registered at the office if they are visiting over night.
