Is it safe to use a Credit Card here? Are there any reported fraudulent activities against this place?

Yes we had no issues at all and the staff is awesome.

I always use my credit card to pay for food and drinks, never had a problem. Any good credit card has fraud protection

All credit cards protect you in case of fraud. I never worry about using mine no matter where I use it.

On 12/24, at this place my Card was charged $68 whereas the bill was just $8.
