What a scam. Yes they state 1hr is free. But if you go over 1 min they charge you a whole day rate of $40! I parked there to go to the surf shop and ended up getting something to eat and bam $40 for 5 extra minutes. They should at least have an hourly rate up to $40. I can not stand businesses that try and do Shady stuff like this.

Great parking location! It is a bit pricey with $30 after the first hour but it is an all day parking! I always come here when visiting Clearwater Beach!

No. It is posted in the garage in various areas and by the elevators that there is no overnight parking permitted.
How much for the the parking ?
You get a ticket and pay at the ticket booth when you leave its by the elevator
You get 1 hour free, then it goes to the daily rate of $20/day no matter how long you're there. The signs are very misleading as it implies there is more than 1 rate it goes to after the free hour. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE, IT IS A SCAM!
