Yep, just bring yourself & water. Make sure to be hydrated before class to. It helps a lot.
I also bring my protein smoothie, so I can drink it right after the workout. That way I either don't forget to drink it or wait too long to drink it.
Nothing is really needed but I bring water and gloves! They provide towels and have water fountains but i would rather have my own water.
