You just go down when they open get a number and wait till your number is called. Then go up and let them know why you are there.
You can try calling to see if making an appointment is possible. More than likely you will just have to go into the office and it is first come first serve. You may be there 30 mins. You could be there hours. Just depends on how busy they are. I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO TRY NOT TO GO ON MONDAY OR FRIDAY OR THE DAY BEFORE OR AFTER A HOLIDAY! Good Luck!
