Depending on whom answers the phone or is at the front desk ,depends on how to accurately give a review about our local sheriff department ..salute to the hard working men and women who put their lives in danger to protect the citizens of franklin county, but hopefully once a new sheriff is elected,the swamp can be drained,and those employees that are so complacent and down right unprofessional will be told ,their services are no longer needed,and our sheriff's department will be a department the citizens feel comfortable to call with a question or concern

They didn't create a law for this. It's a tactic the police use to gain entry into your vehicle in an attempt to advance their careers as they care nothing for you. Note, the cops can commit perjury against you at any time but you'll be charged for doing so. It is law a police officer can use lies and deceit against you but not the other way around.
