I worked there, and you do get a free dessert and a Happy Birthday song 🎂! I love their food, and friendly staff, have a great birthday and dinner!

I can't find where they offer any type of special deals for a birthday. But Tidewater and Chop House will cut your bill in half for 2 people or a third for 3, and so on. But I don't know of anything that Outback does for birthdays.
