Our waiter was fantastic! He was very friendly and made you feel right at home. The food was good and the restrooms were clean.

Horrible!!!!! Table was dirty when we got to it.. after ordering waited over 30 minutes, then they brought chicken and pancakes instead of waffles. Said they couldn't make waffles. I said that didn't sound good, but I was starving by then. She let me have 2 chicken tenders and reorder. Ordered strawberry banana French toast. My mom was done eating by the time it came. It tasted awful. Then they charged for the higher chicken n waffles on the bill and said she almost didn't let me use my coupon for 20 percent off from the last time I was there and they messed up my order because that manager wasn't there anymore. Fixed my bull finally and I left. No apology or discount. Just bad service and still hungry.

This IHOP has to be the worst! The Hostess was the first to give me a bad impression. She seated us at clearly wet table and said she would come back to wipe it off. The Waiter Wayne then told us we could move to another table that was near the exit . Later finding out is the door employees go to smoke as they kept passing my table along with my waiter. The Drink fountain is also a hang out for employees, that don’t care how loud they cuss with my kid sitting there. Soon as my order was put in Wayne returned with my bill before I got my food .The one time he returned to my table after I got my food. I asked for Napkins and he reached over my food to put the napkins down to the back, of a booth table .. . My glass sat empty and I never received my refill. I tipped him well even though the service was very bad, because hopefully he was only having a bad day! This restaurant clearly doesn’t have good Management. I couldn’t tell who was in charge, because every was so relaxed and unprofessional!

Stopped here for breakfast on our way to Kentucky. Food was delicious. Service was slow and not very attentive, but our server was very friendly. My omelette was done perfectly though so it was a fun stop.
