Paid for two pies, didn’t get what we ordered. No sense of concern by manager when I called to express dissatisfaction. Very poor customer service.

Pamela this is a public Q&A Google maps site. The store usually wont see this. I recommend you call corporate Bob Evans and see if they can assist you. I do want to mention that the local restaurant has always done good to me. Probably just a mix-up. Call corporate.

They actually have several managers covering different shifts. You might try a different manager.
