Stay away from this place!! You think you have a contract means nothing here. We lost so much time and money working with them. Makes me wonder what living there would have been like. Also, lot rates are very high.

Awesome community, wish lot rents were a little more reasonable and actually included services (i.e. lawn care, garbage removal, etc.) like most other communities, rather than all the amenities I would probably never use.

Yes Tanglewood does have rentals but that is Tanglewoods busy season so you would have to contact the office about those dates.
They are currently 20.00 a year, in addition to lot rent.
