How the heck do I get someone to answer the phone? I've been on hold over an hour and can't leave a message because the voicemail is full.

I've had the same luck with the phone in the past. I actually had to stop in on the way running an errand. I have no idea who answers the phone at this establishment. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
