Went with my 2 yr old great grandson and his mom, none of the arcades games worked. Only one blowup working in the toddler side. After purchasing a game card and finding out none of them are working after the fact, staff says there in the middle of upgrading. Not helpful after the fact!

People who work there complain so much about the blocks to be put back which us understanding but when I see the workers there standing around I mean the floor is extremely dirty no games working. I'm very disappointed

I was really disappointed in my experience here for my daughters 3rd birthday. Initially when I booked, there was no where I saw in booking where outside food was prohibited, i actually found out the day of and ordered extra pizza there but there were ZERO healthy options or really any toddler friendly snacks (goldfish, veggie sticks, fruit...anything). Everything is fried and disgusting. Our pizza had spice to it which several of the kids couldn't eat because it was too hot for them (think it was in the sauce), not to mention each one came out burned. The entire experience was lackluster and only the one attending us was pleasant. The background for ALL pictures where the cake is located has the biggest eyesore of words in blue stating "Do not lean. This is not a wall". I had to photoshop every single picture to remove the ugly letters from each picture of the cake, present and kids. I wish they had warned me so i could have bought a backdrop. There was no supervision really in the bounce house areas and there were large kids all around small ones not making it a safe environment. Restrooms and doors were really dirty. Drinking fountains were turned off. Unfortunately, despite my attempt to smile and act like everything was fine, all the parents felt disappointed with the experience. We'll never come back and I don't say that lightly as I love supporting businesses. I did love that there were lots of bounce house options and the kids had fun (except that my daughter cried when she saw Monkey Joe - not their fault of course). $500 for 11 kids with burnt and spicy pizza was not my favorite for a bday party.

I was invited to a birthday with my daughter, we had a good time, she had a lot of fun, nice place, clean, they have packages to celebrate birthdays or you can pay your ticket and enjoy the place

Hahaha I don't know. Kids usually run it or they may not hear it with all the screaming and playing ha
I've had the same luck with the phone in the past. I actually had to stop in on the way running an errand. I have no idea who answers the phone at this establishment. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
Open 7 days a week except for Easter, thank given and Christmas.
Parents are allowed to accompany their children on the Larger blow ups - not the smaller ones.
Also, if you download the application on your phone, they give you a free ticket, and you accumulate points for the next visits ...
Admission to enter and play is $12.99 Mon-Fri and $13.99 Sat & Sun. For children under 2 yrs, $6.99. Parents are free. Don't forget arcade games and snacks (nachos, etc...). Also, remember to bring socks to wear on the mats and jumping structures. If you forget, the socks run around $4/pair. It's not terribly expensive but could get pricy with lots of kids and snacks. Hope this helps.
