There arent any 4D theaters that I know of. The only thing I know about is I-Max which is amazing sound and picture quality. Marbels Imax in downtown Raleigh and Cary Cross roads theater have them aswell.

I agree with the response regarding IMAX. I'm about to see Avengers in IMAX in a few minutes.
