What is type of environment in the service side of the dealer I am a student in the MB Drive Program and would like to hear some information thanks.

I've been to a number of Mercedes dealerships and the experience with Ray Catena has absolutely been the best. They are welcoming and treat you like family. No pressure sales and they are focused on you, the customer.

I bought a car through them good service waiting area nice. They have a museum upstairs

I agree with Matthee my experience is same.

Only been to the showroom floor and to be honest, I wasn't impressed at all. Besides all the new cars, the place looked dated. Kinda like the 80's
