Yes, all our furniture comes with a manufacturers warranty. typically upholstery is 1-3 years, bedroom sets are 1 year, and mattresses 10 years. We have a simple claim process. Customer sends form (basic information), pictures and copy of the original receipt to us. We forward to manufacturer, and it is approved or declined. We have a 90-95% claim approval from our manufacturer. Some claims are easily determined to be abuse by us, and not sent in. We realize manufactures defect are rare, but they do happen. When they happen we make sure we fix or replace the product. Three of the most common reasons claims are not approved; 1 - customer does not have receipt of purchase, 2 - it is clearly abuse of the product, and 3 - customer doesn't return claim form and pictures. There are people who feel if they break their furniture it has to be a defective. Replacing abused furniture would include a price increase for all. That's not fair to the people who take care of theirs.
Just wondering my 8 month old sofa came apart ! Lol fell back in to the floor, the few staples holding it gave way, and nothing inside! Lol just the floor! I had to laugh cuz I needed a sofa, quickly bought the set for cheap knew it would not last long , but 8 months, no kids just 180 lbs me😐😂
Never had a problem.
Read everything through. I brought furniture from them but my dining chairs are already breaking and the headboard set I had to throw out. Nice folks but didn't get my money's worth.
