You can make a reservations online or take your chances by showing up. As far as drinks (non-alcoholic) and sweets are concern, you'll place the order there as you arrived and they will bring them to you. I hope I understood your question correctly and provided you with the answer.
There is an entrance fee. I think $25 per person and you order snacks if you want before you enter. Not too pricey
