I'm going to piggyback off Timothy. Kroll doesnt have a separate section for smaller dogs. However, the dog park by Coffee and Olive is ONLY small dogs.

No there is not. Only one large area for all dogs. If you have a small dog you could try one of the smaller parks like the one on Krebs street or the one on coffee road, north of olive drive
