Took my CM weedeater in to have it looked at. They charge you a 40 dollar non-refundable deposit to (supposedly) look at your equipment. I never received a phone call within the time allotted. When I called to check on it they were charging me another 140 dollars to look at it. My weedeater was in one piece and running when i dropped it off. When I picked it up, it was not in one piece. Everything they took off and apart was tied off in a bag and attached to my weedeater. I will not ever recommend this place to anyone. They talk a lot of talk and don't follow through with what they said. If you like being ripped off, this is the place.

Not too good, very high prices and very unknowledgeable people. Got the wrong part , so had to go back to get the right part and it cost more money of course. She didn't bother to look up the serial number until after I went back the second time and lo and behold, this unit is 3 years older than they thought it was. They just assumed it was a 2014 since we bought it in 2014. We all know what happens when you ASSUME something. Wouldn't be so bad if I was local but this is the only place that has my particular mower parts and it's an hour and a half round trip for me to come down here for the wrong part
