Yeah so what i tell people about Nada (I work there) is there is no hidden gluten in the menu. The tacos with gluten are the baja fish, fried avocado, (because of the beer batter) and the mushu (because of the beer braise). Other than those you can ask for any taco on corn tortillas and it should be gluten free. The pork shank and the skirt steak are gluten free. The tamales are gluten free. Most of the apps are gluten free. Just make sure to tell your server instead of trying to navigate it all yourself! The server can alert the kitchen to ensure there is no cross contamination.

Yes, they have a soup and salad selection that can accommodate gluten free needs.

Not sure about the gluten free choices at Nada. If they don't offer gluten free, it may be worth eating a little gluten to enjoy the beautiful flavors, as long as your GI system is not too disrupted.
