No point of saying you close at 10 if nobody can walk in at 10:45 to place food. Only to be told the drawers are already pulled. They are only taking online orders. That’s a shame that this place is operated like that. So now me and my family of 4 will starve tonight. Never eating chipotle again. Your workers are lazy and if it’s such a rush to get off find another job.

I understand not wanting customers to touch other peoples food but I don’t understand turning the take out bags around so people can’t see if their order is ready or not. I feel as though it should not be on the cashier to cash people out who ordered in store as well as tell people who ordered online if their food is ready or not. My boyfriend and I always order to go and tonight was fine but once again the tacos we ordered were incorrect. We order crunchy but instead they gave us soft tacos which is fine because we like both. When we arrived my boyfriend assumed that his name would be in the Z section because it starts with a Z. He turned his bag around and the cashier snatched it and told him that wasn’t his bag then proceeded to ask him his name. When he told her his name she apologized and gave him the bag he previously touched. She was a little rude but she did apologize. I feel as though the bags should be turned around so the names can be read and so the line of people picking up isn’t horribly long like it almost always is.

Have the worst day of my life, find out I’m 12 weeks. Workers are flippant, condescending and generally nonchalant and uncaring of proper respective situations. Male employees use women’s public restrooms instead of being patient and waiting for their designated bathroom. Pee all over the seat and just leave it and nobody seems to care and I’m the crazy b!tch for being upset. Wouldn’t even trust the food here because every time I’ve been it’s been dirty, slow service. If you don’t live on campus. Don’t come here 😂

Someone Something

They barely gave me any rice. It was less than one scoop of rice. And a few pieces of fajita veggies. Their guacamole and lettuce also looks unappetizing. Won’t be going here again. I am literally just eating cheese with a side of rice.
