The GED is given in both English and Spanish. Unfortunately these are the only 2 options given to use at this time.
I agree with you, there a lot of people that I know that needs help with their English to pass the GED. In addition I think GED test should be available in different languages so student can pass the quizzes based on their knowledge not their language.
