Usually after reporting to Owners and no action is taken it is best to spend your money somewhere else and of course use media to voice your concerns the more you spread the FACTS the more pressure on the owners to react
Regardless if he was abusive physically or emotionally or mentally you have a choice in how you react. do what feels right. But also maybe think if this guys issue is something that is who he is or if its something hes going out of his way to do maybe he cant help it in which case it is best to ignore it and show him kindness but if its at all to just be mean and spread negativity then he must be destroyed
