Yes and no
I was there a few weeks ago on the patio at the Irvine location and it was dog-friendly. A huge adorable pooch was next to us and we were stoked to discover we could bring our dog next time.
There is outdoor seating, but there isn't room for pets.

They do have outdoor seating, but I don't know what their animal policy is.
