I have COPD and recently joined to supplement my Pulmonary Rehab exercises, as well. You can schedule an appointment with a personal trainer (I met with Hunter, who was compassionate, understanding, and very patient with my limitations). The personal trainer can help you plan an exercise plan, show how to use equipment while doing the exercise correctly, and so important to me was when to inhale/exhale during the activity to get the most out of it. Once you have a plan, the staff are available for questions if you need them.
