Do y’all train your employees to not pick up the phone whenever it’s ringing with a customer on the line with a question.I think it’s BS That I have to drive up there just to get an answer terrible customer service

I apologize for that sir 98% of our staff are lazy and that’s what we want here lazy people thanks

We'd rather you come into the store so you can experience the absolute ineptness of our employees. We here at Walmart think it's the face to face encounters that really shows how bad it has become. You could never get the full emersion of stupidity over the phone. Only a visual and auditable experience will give you the real thing. We are here not to help you in any way.
